King William Place

Great apartments, quiet, excellent location, management is great. If you hear anything otherwise, it's probably from people who wouldn't obey the rules or trashed their apartment.

I love my apartment it is well taken care of inside & out. If there is a problem we have maintenance. The apartment manager & her team are kind, caring, & very professional. Though we do not have a play area for the kids we are located right next to King William Parks & Recreation center

Manager is rude and unprofessional always blames people for stuff that they didn’t even do even when she knows who did it but she likes them and are good friends with them you are always walking around on eggshells cause of the manager it’s sad when people don’t want to live here cause of the reputation of this place cause of the manager and the people who live here don’t even want to stay her cause of the manager and everyone who said nice things about her either are her friends that don’t even live there or the rules don’t apply to them cause they are her friends manager needs to be fired the rules should be the same for everyone but not for people she likes

I love how management is here. They keep this place very clean. They are very nice here. I really enjoy living here. I never have any problems.. Great place to live.

Management has been terrible since they first leased in 2019. Don’t forget the mold in 6 year old apartments.
