I could not have had a better experience renting from King Properties Unlimited. Cheri King might be the nicest person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are not a huge impersonal management company but a family owned and operated management company that makes you feel like you are a part of their family. I moved into a spotlessly clean, brand new everything, beautiful home on almost an acre to which Lawncare was included. Anytime I had a question about anything, it was answered within 5 minutes. If you are looking to rent, I would look to them first without a doubt, they make such a difference in your rental experience. What a Great Company!!! Paula Ferraro

Julia McKeithan is an outstanding manager and a true professional who is constantly going above and beyond for us. We met Julia by pure happenstance while trying to fill an upcoming vacancy and she, out of the kindness of her heart, helped us when she absolutely did not have to. We ended up partnering up with her and the King Properties team because of this. Julia proceeded to conduct a top-to-bottom walk-through of our property, explained all of her processes, and formulated a strategy for our individual needs. With great efficiency, Julia was able to find us a great tenant and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Julia is always on top of things and is always so communicative. We cannot recommend her and her team enough!

King Properties is an excellent company renting first class properties and maintained in a superb fashion. Ms Cheri King manages these properties and does an excellent job caring for the tenants.

We had a fantastic time at this rental! The area felt very safe, with plenty of fun activities nearby and beautiful walking trails. The yard was spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing and BBQ'ing. The house itself is adorable, well-maintained with a great floor plan. King Properties is a TOP-NOTCH rental company: attentive and quick to respond. We were happy to move ONLY because we were ready to buy...if not, that was a perfect place to live.

Cheri has been great and made renting an easy experience. Communication was excellent and all matters were handled in a timely manner. She ensured all was taken care of at the property and was very easy to work with.
