This is the first review I have ever written online and I am only doing so because of the ghastly standards this "property manager" maintains and expects to pass as suitable for move in day. We are moving to the area from 250 miles away. We have spent weeks looking at many houses, townhouses, apartments and condos. We settled on a duplex-townhouse property, managed by this company. After our initial walk through, giving consideration that the property was newly vacated, we requested and received confirmation that the property be cleaned before signing lease, was told that it has been cleaned twice but they would have it gone through again due to the dirt and hair everywhere and the toothpaste on the bathroom coun
