I cannot say enough about Kimberly Thomason. My daughter and I chose her to sell the home of my son, Daniel, after his passing. Daniel was a close friend of Kim’s, and we knew she would treat this process with the care and respect it deserved. Kim was the very first agent we trusted after she went full-time into real estate, and she exceeded every expectation. She didn’t just list the home — she honored my son every step of the way. I have nothing but great things to say about Kim. She did such an amazing job with selling my house. Within 2 days she had already set up an open house where we had 16 showings in 2 hours! The professional pictures she had taken were beautiful! If I ever texted or called her, I would get an immediate response. She was on top of all the paperwork work and scheduling.
