I needed to sell my stepfather’s house so I stopped by Kim’s office and discussed the situation. She was very efficient and friendly. She was going to get photos to post with the listing and there was some old carpet on the back porch that needed to be removed. I went to the house a couple of days later to remove it and found that she had already done it. Amazing! She kept informed of everything along the way. Her staging was classy and I'm sure pulled us a higher price, her knowledge and communication made sure that there were no surprises, and her negotiation skills after delayed negotiations fell through were critical to maximizing our success.
