Kim Erwin

She made the sell and disappeared! I felt like this lady was more on the sellers side than her buyers! I ran into her profile on a whim and I really wished I had read all these horrible reviews. If you don’t mind having a realtor be absent through your whole buying process then she’s the one! I will never refer anyone to her.

As previously stated Kim Erwin is a dishonest real estate agent and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She's listed as one of the top 10 in the area, I don't know how they get there info and that she may have a lot of listings but she does not give any customer service to the sellers. She lies to the seller and refuses to show and promote homes that she's selling I had a very bad experience better luck to the next guy.

Kim Erwin is one of the worst Realtors I have ever worked with. She was absent throughout my entire process of buying a home, she lied about not being my buyer's agent after I signed a contract, and her negligence actually caused delays and the potential loss of the property that I was trying to buy. I cannot think of a worse realtor, and I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Avoid this realtor at all costs.

Absolute disaster of an experience. She is very unresponsive. I have been trying to reach her about a property in CC for days and nobody has responded to my inquiries.

Do not hire this realtor as a buyers agent or seller does not do her due diligence lied on the contract
