I am a designer of lakefront and mountain view homes in the Newfound Lake area. My clients sometimes ask me to refer general contractors to build the homes that I have designed for them. We worked with Larry from late 2021 through early 2023 on a new build. It was our first experience with new construction and with modular construction. Larry was very easy to work with. He spent time with us at our lot working out logistics and costs of what would be possible based on our budget. We designed our own custom floor plan for which he offered some suggestions based on his previous experiences. Larry was very easy to reach and very responsive throughout the entire project. Larry Kill was the contractor for my compete renovation of my lake house near Merideth, NH. This entailed removing the old house and ensuring that all necessary inspections (ie asbestos) were completed prior to the demolition. He worked well with the designer and the individual involved in obtaining all the required waterfront permits. He has been involved in construction for a long time and has developed a list of recommended suppliers for flooring, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, etc that were reliable and easy to work with. He has also developed a construction team that is very professional and competent, ie carpenter, electrician, as well as individuals involved in septic tanks and drilled wells.
