Our experience with this company was unacceptable. Ryan signed an agreement with us to perform property management services. He made recommendations for updates that we accomplished - we spent countless hours and spent money in an attempt to meet recommendations of a “professional”. Upon completion of updates, Ryan lowered the rent in stages over several weeks to approximately $250-300 less than our original agreement. He required us to run water, trash, and cool ac all summer as well as hire his cleaning crew on a clean house. From July- Sept the house sat with no successful rental. In Sept Ryan decided to drop our contract but wanted full payment for utilities and cleaning - he told us that if we didn’t pay, he would put a lien on the house. Excellent response time and the broker/ owner shoots it to you straight when inquiring about his rental properties. Not out to just take your money and I loved that. Well definitely seek out Kile Properties whenever I'm looking to lease again!! Agent Noah was very sweet and helpful. I know he's going to do big things in real estate under Mr. Kile's tutelage!

Very unprofessional. Takes your money and basically forgets about you. I don’t recommend doing business with this company. Didn’t help with my needs at all.
