I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with KIKO Auctions was beyond unacceptable. I purchased and paid for a Longaberger lot, only to discover at pickup that it had been given to another buyer. One of the warehouse workers openly admitted that he pointed to my lot as another woman was leaving and told her, “this is probably yours too,” simply because she had purchased a large amount of Longaberger. He even described her as having short blonde hair and said she had “literally just left.” In other words, my paid-for items were handed away based on an assumption. To make matters worse, buyers are responsible for pulling their own items at pickup. Staff do not verify or retrieve lots unless specifically asked, and even then, they appeared unfamiliar with where items were located

Super organized and easy to find the item you bought. Online auction hosted by them is very easy to use. Workers were friendly when picking up my items! Give their site a look for some good deals!

Auction with people at its helm who are truly amazing. Why? Because they show what true courtesy is to all buyers. Small Large all get the true service we all wish we had elsewhere but never get. Kiko Brothers, kudos. The world may be going nuts, but you are keeping it right at home for us. God bless ya.
