Do NOT use Kicklighter Realty. We were told we would not be considered for renting solely because my husband has tattoos. They didn’t like how he looks. Mind you, he is a police officer and we own a successful business that works with majority children. He prides himself on doing good for the community and the people around us. His tattoos are not offensive and have nothing to do with his ability to be a responsible, respectful tenant. Judging applicants based on appearance rather than rental history, income, or references feels outdated and discriminatory. I would not recommend renting from a place that makes decisions this way.

Tiffany is a great realtor with fantastic energy. She really tries to find you the home that will fit your needs the best. Responds quickly to inquiries and is pretty much available whenever you need her (within reason! Lol) We loved working with Kicklighter Realty when we were selling and buying.

Tiffany did such a wonderful job at getting our house sold in a timely manor. She was so easy to deal with and even went out of her way to show our home on her days off & even got the highest offers over any other realty company we used. Highly recommend Kicklighter realty!

Tiffany did an amazing job with keeping me and my boyfriend updated constantly. She was always checking in and making sure that we understood everything. Being 20 and 22 and buying our first house we needed all the help we could get and i couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, kind and supportive person. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone. Working with her was lovely and if we ever go through this process again Tiffany would be the one i would call:)

Tiffany Kicklighter Sittle and Darla Kicklighter have represented us twice. First was selling our home and most recently when we purchased our forever home. Always friendly, efficient and returns calls. They've never steered us wrong and was always in our corner. Very supportive and caring. They make you feel like family!!
