I bought a home from Eric and it was truly an amazing first-time home buying experience! Keystone had lots of houses and I didn't have to waste time going to open houses every weekend. I got a very personal experience from a well versed agent with lots of listings. If you are searching for a home you will not regret searching with keystone!

We were new, so took advantage of us, they had their own lawyer approved our loan, without telling us about the violations, They are fraudulent, they made us almost lost $25k, we had to hire a lawyer to get our money back. The house had more than 50k in violation. And the job they do for the house is cheap.

Caution: Do Your Due Diligence. I regret to share a less than satisfactory experience with Key Stone Real State of greater NY. Throughout the process of purchasing a property, I encountered numerous disappointments that have led to unnecessary stress and unforeseen expenses. The presentation of the property was misleading, leading me to believe that the house was ready for move-in, only to discover significant shortcomings such as no insulation, water zipping through the property, gutters that were simply put up (not even fully connected to the house), among other basic necessities. I feel that honesty and transparency were missing elements during our interaction, making the process far more taxing than it should have been.
