I would give this title company zero stars if possible. In 18 years of business I’ve never met a less organized title company. They single handedly delayed closing for a week, were habitually unresponsive to communication and then assured my seller that funds would get wired same day as closing. Never responded with executed closing documents and did not send wire as promised. Lauri Pruyn (sounds like “Prine”) was the closer and seemed like the most minimal tasks were just too difficult for her. I would suggest staying as far away from this title company as possible.

KPSS has done several settlements for me and my family. They are super professional and efficient. Heather, Lauri and Andrea are the best!!!!
