If I could give zero stars I would. Loan was super easy to get, that’s nice right? Well, we got letters immediately after closing that they had sold our mortgage to another service. Contacted Keystone Funding immediately, with hardly ANY response. No help on the phone whatsoever, never returned our calls either. Only one or two emails replied to. We were told and they confirmed that they did not sell our mortgage to someone else, to make payments with Keystone Funding, and not make these payments due to our “new” mortgager. After TWO payments made, and countless emails confirming this is right because we were still getting letters from our “new” servicer about falling behind on payments, we get an email stating there was a “system error and a glitch”, they actually did sell our mortgage t
