My husband and I love the peace of Walnut Creek and we absolutely love our home! The homes in the community are beautiful, the neighbors are nice, and the views surrounding the community are beautiful. We also have the best construction manager. Kyle is amazing! If you’re considering joining our community, we welcome you with open arms!
We recently joined this neighborhood, and overall if it's off to a good start. It is a construction zone, so there is that, but you know that going into it. The one thing keeping this from being a 5 star, would be the community entrances and exits. One, the more convenient one, is still considered a construction entrance - so its an unpaved, gravel only, entrance that's particularly difficult to see from the street. There is one other entrance, that is not construction, but it is often blocked by construction vehicles, materials etc. If they would fix the first, so we could stay out of everyone's way, it would be much better. The only other thing I would suggest, before buying in, is going to Keystone's page and reading those reviews - for example we left a 2 star there, because the comm
Nice homes and a wide variety of customization for customization home builds. But to far from where I currently live to commute to.
My husband and I had a great experience working with David Wong from Keystone. We were interested in the Heritage model and he gave us all the information we needed. I would recommend Keystone to anyone.
