Company to me to be shady. First off I don’t understand why each adult has to make different accounts and pay different application fees if we are staying together in the same household. And second the house I applied for that they received and application fee for was February 26 not one approved email or not approved letter or even we need more information letter…and also the house we viewed was filthy with roach bombs all over the house and had a lock key device but the back sliding door broken so it doesn’t close lol…please don’t get these people to manage your properties you will never get a tenant because they are just racking up in application fees I say FRAUD…

I’ve had a great experience with Keystone. Paige was fantastic. Always responded promptly to any messages. Process was done in 4 days although the house I wanted someone paid first which is understandable she let me know right away and offered me a refund or another property . We chose another property viewed it and paid the move in fees. Everything was fast and honest and respectful. Our family was treated great during this tiring situation. I will recommend you guys to friends and family. Thanks again.

I lived in a property Keystone took over went up on the rent so we put in an intent to vacate notice. I was informed that my rent would be prorated based on the date I asked to move out which was fine. The property was cleaned and the keys were returned to the office directly. Fast forward a couple years later and I have a collection agency calling me saying I owe 900+ dollars. I advised them that I have a letter from the company stating they took the prorated payment from my deposit and the check enclosed was the difference. Now if I owed money then I wouldn’t have been entitled to any of my deposit back. I have been calling for weeks and they have not responded or called me back in response to my voicemail. Thank goodness I kept all my documents because they aren’t answering their phones

Solid landlord. Lived with them for a year, had some small issues in the beginning that they helped me through. Paige is extremely responsive and provided a lot of assistance throughout the process of moving in from out of state.

This company has a lot of great homes and good properties.. but I've had my application in on a home that's been up for rent since last November and I have not heard anything on my application status in weeks since I spent my money. I've tried to call and email NO RESPONSE and my children and I lease is up TOMORROW and I thought I would have heard by now from KeyStone about my app or something by now. I really need to speak with someone at this company If you all are not trying to help families get homes then you should reconsider being a leasing company and I would like my money back cause now me n my kids may have to get hotel and apply for another property with someone else who cares ! Seems to be a scam
