He went above and beyond when our apartment suffered water damage from the unit above last December, displacing us for nearly a month. Bryant handled the challenging situation with a positive attitude, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured we were comfortable, especially during the holidays. Leanna did a fantastic job managing the rental process for our apartment. My partner and I are overjoyed to have moved into a beautiful new home managed by KeyOpp. Throughout the application process for our new apartment, we appreciated how quickly Austin was able to respond over text and the phone, making things a lot smoother.
