Please do not ever rent from these people they are mean and disrespectful we had to take them to court we had black mold in our unit and she never wanted to fix it and we Where from Texas me and my son are both on inhalers now and we are sueing the owner Darlene Johnson for pain and suffering.She is money hungry and cut corners and very cheap. We had our own inspection done and she had us in a death trap and we had a mold test done as well and it was threw out the place and they knew that before we rented. After court we owe her and she owes us. Rats and ants and spiders biting us she sent pest control out one time and never again and she knew this place had rats and everything. DO NOT RENT FROM HER.We Left. Stayed there from March 25 and left in October of 25

I have been working with this company since July and LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. They responded to me within an hour of me messaging about a rental property. The listing was very informative. Before i moved into the home i worked with Tanisha. She was very responsive at all times of the day and very professional, flexible and helpful during the entire process. She met me at night for my viewing due to my work schedule. She answered all my questions and even helped me get approved for the property with my credit being not so great. She met me at 9AM on a Saturday with my key with no issue. Now that i'm living in my home, I have been working Directly with Darlene. She has been THE BEST. She's always quick to respond anytime i reach out. She checks in to see how me and my kids are doing. She

Darlene Jordan is the most unprofessional AGENT you could ever deal with. She is mad because she threatened to illegally change my locks & haven’t gotten not $1 from me since. The bathroom ceiling caved in on me and she had the AUDACITY to say “I’m a man I’ll be fine” take my heed DONT EVER IN LIFE rent from them. She like to throw rocks and hide her hands, she runs her mouth all day but never shows her face. I’ve never had an eviction but I’ll gladly take one to get away from this old hag and pay them off on MY TIME. Don’t even waste your money. Helped my family friend rent a place through them. They called roughly a week ago to say that they were approved, but they needed a co-signer. They took 2 weeks to call back & say this from the date that they submitted the application. I put in the application in as a co-signer with immaculate credit, and they have yet to return any calls. Their business address is a post office. This place screams scam and “take your money” to me.
