I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Keyes Platinum Group due to the conduct of their agent, Sylvia. During our home purchase process, Sylvia exhibited highly unprofessional behavior. She became increasingly erratic and aggressive, not because we couldn't secure financing, but because the lending process was taking longer than she had patience for. She had anger outbursts, sent unprofessional emails, and openly sided with the seller. She screamed at us (the buyer), our lender, and the seller's realtor multiple times. She fabricated emotional stories to pressure us to perform and ultimately, an addendum that forfeited our $6,000 deposit if financing wasn't secured.
