I have closed a few properties with Key Title and they have been nothing less than amazing. As anyone that works in the real estate industry will tell you, there are a million things that can go wrong in a transaction. As a developer I depend on quick and accurate title searches and closings. I have found that Tom Wiltshire and Bob Rushe take and eloquent and systematic approach to each transaction. Key Title makes it a point to have the closing go as smooth as possible. With top notch processors such as Beth and Angie they are quick to respond and make last minute changes. Terrible experience. I talked to their processor about doing a transaction for me and he agreed to handle it. I sent him the info and he said he'd get back to me the following week, and I never heard from him again. I emailed him 4 times and left 2 phone messages over a period of 3 weeks and still no response. Very unprofessional and a big waste of my time. Recommend trying elsewhere.
