I have worked with Key Realty for the last 8 years for both rental property management and real estate sale. I have had a very positive experience with the entire team at Key Realty. They are always very responsive and helpful with resolving any issues that arise. This was extremely critical as I live 2.5 hours away from the rental property I owned. Key Realty gave me peace of mind that the needs of my tenants were being handled professionally and timely. The sale of my property went smooth thanks to Mr. Wright and the Key Realty staff. I would recommend their services for anyone in need of property management or a realtor.

My wife and I live in Florida, and our property was in Dover, DE. Mr. Louis Wright has been my property manager for approximately 2 years and then the realtor for that property. His professionalism and knowledge of the industry/ market are unmatched. He and the staff were available to my wife and I anytime that we needed him, and always provided honest and insightful feedback. The reviews are very surprising to me. Fortunately, I can’t agree. I’ve been a tenant for about 5yrs now and have never had an issue with this company. Any concerns I’ve had I brought to their attention and they’ve tended to it immediately, with both respect and professional. My husband I were not in the best place where applying for our home but were capable of upholding our promise. Mr. Wright extended grace to us that wasn’t required of him. For this we will always be grateful. We’ve continued to hold our promise, as has he. We love our home and the memories we’ve created here. There’s honestly nothing negative I can imagine saying.

Don’t waste your time and ignore the red flags like I did! Attempted to inquire about a rental property they have listed. Received conflicting information about viewing the property. Once they got the application fees all communication stopped despite exceeding all qualifications. Once I did get in touch with someone they said they needed more information and would get back to us with where to send the information. Weeks later never heard back since and they would not return any calls. Very poor representatives of the industry and I feel bad for anyone that uses them as their property management.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Wright and the Key Realty team. We currently have three rentals, all of which are managed by them. Mr. Wright has always been very professional and attentive in handling maintenance and repair issues. If a problem arises with one of the homes, he contacts me immediately in order to resolve the issue quickly for the tenant. He returns phone calls promptly and works tirelessly for the benefit of both his tenants and owners. We purchased our third rental home through Key Realty, and I was just as impressed with his honesty and integrity as a real estate agent. The home-buying process went smoothly and proved stress-free.
