Key Modular Homes

We moved into our new house 3 months ago and we couldn’t be happier. Even after we’ve moved in, key has responded quickly to minor things that have come up and I have no doubt they will continue to throughout the warranty. We had a complicated build for a number of reasons but key was helpful. At times, things moved slower than I would have hoped but even when they were slow I knew that the quality was first priority. My only other complaint is that the house is not painted but only primed so over the next year or so we will have to have spaces we haven’t painted yet painted.

We both have had careers in construction and going modular was not something that we had considered…until we visited the models at Key Homes. Our salesman Todd was personable, knowledgeable and put together a quote for us in a very short timeframe. Everything was clearly spelled out and our questions answered. The construction team from start to finish was amazing. Calls were answered promptly and communication was excellent throughout the process. A special mention to Scott, production manager, who kept all the balls in the air every day and the final kudo to Chrissy, service manager that came to walk through with us after 2 weeks of living in our new space. There are too many great people to mention here but we found ourselves to be in great care with the team at Key Homes.

Absolute worst experience of our lives working with key homes. What was supposed to be the most exciting time for us as a couple getting our first home, quickly turned into a nightmare. As soon as our home was delivered the problems began... the siding was the wrong color. But it didnt end there. They took weeks to even come to our home to work on it and I cant think of one time they came and didnt make a mistake. Mistakes that they didnt come to fix for months might I add. Communication was basically non existent. They never answered our emails or calls and when they did they were of no help and had no care about what was happening. These are people's homes they are working on and they give no thought or care into their work. Many things were done so poorly we will have to end up spending

I had a great experience working with this company. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire build, and the quality of the finished home exceeded our expectations. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone building a home.

We first started talking to the folks at Key Homes in the summer of 2020. Throughout all of our interactions they have been wonderful. Caleb, our sales person, is consistently responsive and has the positive attitude that he can help us do whatever it is we want to build the home we want. We moved into our new home a couple of weeks ago and it is everything we expected and more. We would recommend Key Homes, and Caleb, without hesitation.
