Kevin Lucero was a pleasure to work with on the selling of my home. Prior to working with Kevin, my home was on the market for 2 years with another agent. In those two years there was very little activity on the home. Kevin provided feedback and put together an attractive listing page on the home. After 30 days on the market, he monitored the progress and provided additional feedback to get the home sold. He communicated with me regularly on the progress of the sale and saw it through to closing. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, I only wish I had done so sooner.
