I did not even want to give them a one star but had too to leave a review. I lost everything with there bad appraisal from Joan Bird who appraised my manufactured home on land on a basement foundation who gave me a low appraisal of $101.00 when she could not find any comparison property in my area in the country of Swartz Creek Mi. They took comparison property's in the city's of Flint and Burton Mi. 20 miles away in the city and refused to take the comparison property's right down the road from me because they were over 6 months old. This company is nonprofession and will not even return my calls or e-mails.they cost me my home after I payed them $630.00 for the appraisal. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do not trust this company for your own sake. Michae
