Our house-building experience with Ketchum Properties was amazing! We absolutely love our new home! When starting the process, we met with Casey and Meredith (company owners) in one of their completed two-story homes, and immediately saw the many details and excellence in their construction. We wanted a one-story home, so after discussing various floor plan designs, they were able to revise an existing design to accommodate the square footage that we desired, including extending the patio a bit. We really felt they had the best floor plan after viewing homes from other builders. Wonderful people, wonderful company! When my wife and I finally decided we wanted to build a home we began to find the area in which we wanted to live. We finally settled on a neighborhood and began talking to a few builders. To be honest the whole process was very stressful until we talked to Casey and Meredith with Ketchum Properties. They were able to walk us through one of their finished homes and show us exactly what they do in all of their homes. They took notes as we explained to them what kind of floor plan we wanted and what upgrades we wanted to add to our home. From there they were able to draw up a house that was perfect! Ketchum Properties in my opinion and experience is one of the elite builders in the Tulsa area. They do things the right way, and you don’t get surprised with extra adder cost. For example they automatically include soft close cabinetry with hardware, guttering, and tankless water heaters. Things you easily forget to include when building your dream home. You work directly with Casey and Meredith and not with a middle person. They ensure things are done correctly by essentially being on the job site daily through the completion of the project. They made the process very comfortable, and I would highly recommend them.
