Absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional, lack communication and they do the bare minimum when providing property management services. Mike and his team go days and sometimes weeks before resolving issues. They create more issues with tenants due to their lack of responsiveness. Additionally, Mike exhibits very retaliatory behavior. When I formally informed him we would not renew the contract for property management services he abruptly ended services providing less than 48 hours notice and made no plans to transition documents, keys or utility bills that they had been managing. Truly one of the worse property management companies I’ve ever worked with. It’s been a breath of fresh air to move to a new company.

People who work the phones are incredibly rude. Went to pay my water bill and he goes “why are you so concerned about the water bill” in a rude tone. Says it will be “sent to us” with no information what so ever and got snarky for no reason

Sleezy & poor property management. Mike is unresponsive to phone calls, concerns, & his office lacks quality and customer service. Everyone comes across as unqualified and unprofessional.

Bob, the real estate agent should probably find a new job. I put in a rental application over a week ago. I called Bob asking what’s going on. Bob says the lady who owns the property is old and febrile. He said he call me back in 30 minutes, I think he meant days later. It wasn’t until I called the property owner’s son to figure out what’s what. Bob calls a few hours later that combined income of $115,000 won’t cut it. He’s a scammer. Watch out.

Jim was supposed to be representing us as well as the seller, but he didn't review any documents with us and consistently ignored/forgot my wife despite being reminded repeatedly to include her. Also, there were some inconsistencies about what he said regarding multiple offers. Later when we wanted to compare his title company fees with another, we found it had multiple junk fees, and what's worse was a line item for extra commission! The brokerage must have told the title company to charge us extra. Unbelievable. Jim has done almost no work for us, but he/the broker wants to be paid extra. When questioned about the title company fees and the extra commission, he claimed that he had "no idea" about them as if he had never seen these types of fees before.
