I have a Veteran with a slightly mentally challenged son looking to move to the area from Cleveland to be closer to family. . They will be contacting you. They are very good and nice people. I recommend them they be great tenants. I am retired donate my time to Veterans Outreach on the outside as Community Relations/ Service get donations/ groceries/ information/ find Vets in Need the have. One being housing.

The staff is amazing. Our new place is great just moved in couple days ago. Having a great time so far. They made it so easy for us to get the key and we’re so welcoming. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Very great staff! Not only did they come and fix my leak within 1 hour, I also ran into some personal issues with my car and one of the maintenance guys named Nick offered to help. He spent hours working on my car and fixed it, I even offered to pay him and he told me no. They are truly good people. the recent staff they have are very professional. Anytime I need help or have a question they have fixed the issue no hesitation.I’ve been here for about 7 months now and haven’t had a complaint. I’ve lived in apartments before this is by far the best managed!

I currently live in kerrybrook apartments paying over 900$ a month. Although my actual apartment itself is a nice apartment just a little outdated I have several issues that no one seems to want to help with . Our parking lot has pot holes big enough to pop a tire when you first pull in. Our walkway floods when it rains to the point you can not walk on it unless you walk thru muddy grass . The inside of the building complex is often dirty and the carports are full of trash. Often times when you walk into the complex is smells horrible . I work strange hours I walk outside to a completely dark environment. I am often scared walking out with all the violence we deal with in the world. I have reported this issue several times. Being honest this is my first apartment living and from personal experience I will never do this again. I don’t like where I stay some of the people are cool in complex some are not the apartment is really old with poor dry wall. No sound proofing you can hear everything on top of you and below very hard to get peace after a long day many time I don’t want to be here because they do nothing but call and let them know it’s been a complaint which only makes things worse I have anxiety and a free unit came up and they denied me the ability to switch units even tho they did it for one neighbor in the complex. Worse decision I’ve made in a while should’ve stayed with my alcoholic mother unlit I found a better place at least I was in attic. The winter here was tough windows letting in cold draft
