If you want a brand new house that comes with dozens of problems, then maybe Kerley family homes is for you. They sell you an idea, a picture, a dream. What you get is a piece of crap house for a lot of money. We were lucky enough to get the model that rains in the house. It had a major roof leak in the weeks leading up to the house closing on the tail end of construction. The Interior was complete at that point. The water damaged flooring, drywall, paint, insulation, trim, etc... it was fixed and we were told it was a minor flashing issue and they fixed it along with all the interior damage before the house closed. Now a couple years into the house, the roof has leaked again in the same exact sport. Thanks a lot Kerley. It was raining in our house again thanks to you. T

I met Rhonda a year before I purchased. I felt good energy, big smile and knowledgeable about many upgrades that are standards for models offered. However, the timing of my estate moved but when we connected a year later it was outstanding again. I definitely add her to my wonderful good energy feeling about working with her this beautiful Hurricane estates.

I'm being nice giving two stars only bc I dont like to be mean... maybe my review will go up some stars at my 3 month or 6 month update. Pro: People knew how to smile Cons: During our buying process I hesitated to continue with Kerley because of the bad reviews. Completely exhausted of the home buying process we decided to settle. We even spoke to residents of their other neighborhoods. It was looking 70bad/30good at that point. Maybe we'll get lucky. If having your garage door fall on your head due to poor installation the night you move in is lucky then, yes! Lucky ducks. I even got a concussion and now I get throbbing headaches everyt

I can not say enough great things about the service my buyers were provided by Linda Brown, Realtor and Brittani Covelo. They worked overtime to make sure my clients were able to move into their new home after the buyer of their existing home had issues with the loan. They went to bat for us and my clients closed today. Kerely Family Homes also offered buyer's agent compensation. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Beware!! That’s all I can say. The house was not built with care. Literally, there was a footprint in the front of the walkway. I was told, “Well unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about that”, by the construction manager, Chris. He was extremely rude and verbally aggressive. He was absolutely awful to me and my family, when we expressed our concerns that needed to be addressed. Financing was great until it wasn’t. Asking for essential documents 48hrs before closing should be unacceptable, if the buyer has been on top of providing documents the entire process. The joys of being a first time homebuyer was stripped away from Kerley and I want others to be aware. I have attached pictures to show “the care and delicacy” that was put into these homes.
