I actually care for someone that lived in these apartments.. the apartments are a nice size and the land loard is nice but he is not keeping up with the repairs. The parking lot is all torn up it's the old swimming pool. The concrete is deteriorating.. there is a laundry room but the washers and dryers don't work right.. they need to be replaced.. Most of the time if you call him about something that needs repaired in the apartment itself he is there to check it out in a reasonable time frame.
The apartments are good size. The landlord is a very nice man.
