Kenwood Club at the Park Apartments

I Love my apartment! Sonia the manager is so nice and helpful. My move in process went smooth and Im super close to the mall.

I was touring some apartments in Katy and as soon as I toured here at Kenwood, I knew this is what I needed. 5 min off I-10, walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Spacious apartment, gym, pool, built in washer and dryer. All for a very competitive affordable price. I signed my lease in no time and was ready to move in. The whole process was very smooth with the staff as well.

The office staff have improved to communicating issues much more effectively, which is appreciated and very helpful, especially for any pipe issues or grounds work. And the maintenance staff is excellent. Luis and Rene are super attentive and do a great job keeping the grounds clean and responding to issues in a timely manner. Appreciate everyone's efforts keeping the complex running safely and efficiently!

I have been living in building 3 for over a year now, and I am sad to say Kenwood fails to keep our homes clean. On multiple occasions, our shared yard has been made ugly with litter, and it’s never picked up, including on the days they mow the lawn.Today, I took matters into my own hands and picked up the copious amount of trash that has been thrown into the yards that people are meant to enjoy a walk or even just a view from the porch. Rotting food, pizza boxes, and even old medicine bottles. I’m thankful I have no kids here because there were even glass shards. Kenwood, how am I supposed to enjoy the home I pay thousands for when there is hazardous trash everywhere?

It's really frustrating to live in a place where what is promised is not fulfilled. The BBQ area is a disaster: always dirty, damaged, without gas and they never offer a solution, just excuses. The gym is advertised on the website as 24 hours, which is totally false. This is not only misleading, but a lack of respect towards residents. Even after sending emails with the actual schedules, the website remains the same, generating distrust. The garbage collection service, which is also charged, is not fulfilled either. On several occasions they have not collected on the established days, despite the constant complaints. To top it off, the large number of cats in common areas causes bad odors and discomfort, and although it has been reported several times, they have not taken any effective
