Andrew provided excellent customer service. He worked around my schedule, arrived promptly and even better it only took a couple of minutes to fix my problem. He was even willing to slip his shoes off at the door. So far everyone has been great & gone above and beyond to take care of things so thank you so much.

Professional and kind from the get. Tour was smoothly operated along with current information. Appartments were all spick and span with updated appliances.

Dont move here if you have kids. I feel harassed just by having children, these ladies will make you feel bad if your child is using chalk or playing with balls outside.. You cant even feel comfortable being outside without you feeling them breathing down your neck to complain to you. Angela says its not her it is upper management. Please just admit that kentwood apartments cares more about having the place look “nice “ and clean” for new people to move in but in reality. Once your a resident your going to hear or see these ladies complaining about everything. There has been many encounters with them on many issues not just the kids. Trash place to live. Roaches everywhere even outside. Tried to raise my rent and I moved out. There is absolutely no parking and people will constantly park in your spot if your gone for more than two days. Do not move here believe me.

While the 'problem' - an extinguished pilot light in a block's water heater - was first reported on Christmas Eve, it took a telephone call to the owner's representative two days later to see any action done. I was a property manager in Monterey before and have re-lit many a pilot light. It takes only minutes. I also lived on-site and responded to complaints on receipt.
