Karen was absolutely amazing to work with. She worked with us even before we placed the house on the market to make sure there would be no issues when we did. The ideas she provided us, to get it ready to sale, were inexpensive and didn't take that much time. After placing it on the market, our house sold quickly and we were on the hunt for a new home. Karen walked us through everything from people we could get for financing, what to look for in a home, if there were homes that just didn't cut it, and she also made sure that we got the home we needed to help fit our families needs. Karen goes up and beyond to help her clients find or sale their homes with as minimum stress as possible. I highly recommend this woman. The best in her field.
