Nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Ken Strauss team! They managed the property I lived at for almost four years until it was sold by the owner. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. I only ever spoke with Liz and Andrea; both were always so nice. I do wish they had a portal for paying rent online just for convenience but other than that I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

This has truly been a great experience for me. Since moving to Tallahassee, coming from out of the area, finding a place to rent with such a responsive and professional management team has been incredible. Whenever something needs attention, they handle it swiftly and efficiently, even on weekends if can be fixed. For example, last summer, my air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I made an emergency call, and they immediately took action. They brought in a portable air conditioner that night, which kept me comfortable until they could replace the entire unit on Monday. Great experience - home was nice and the process was easy peasy. Liz is literally so kind and helps me out with anything, QUICKLY. Issues with my washer and my AC were fixed fast, like next day. Paying rent is easy and relatively affordable. I’ve loved my experience thus far and would highly recommend working with them. 10/10

Our experience with this property management office was appalling from start to finish. Despite serious health and safety issues, including water damage, mold, and floors so soft it felt like you might fall through, they refused to allow us to break our lease. We tried for over six months to sublease the property, but every single person we showed it to found the home completely unacceptable. Not one person was willing to take it. Despite this, we were forced to pay over $7,000 in rent for a house we couldn’t even safely live in.
