Kent Road Apartments

Our family has lived at Kent Road Village since 2011 & we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here! We’ve renewed year after year, moving from a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment to the downstairs apartment & eventually moving across to one of the townhouse units in 2015, where we’ve lived since. Kristi & Madalynn in the leasing office have always taken such good care of us, & are communicative & responsive when reached by email. They really care about their tenants & it shows!! The maintenance team is fantastic - Anthony the supervisor & Brandon & Jose have all made themselves available quickly for both small repairs & especially when we had a broken washing machine that was replaced with an upgrade & an emergency situation where a flooded upstairs bathroom required

I've lived at Kent Road Village for almost 10 years in the same apartment with my dog, and I’ve loved it. The location is amazing and having in-unit laundry is a huge plus. Kristi in the leasing office has always been great, super communicative, and helpful anytime I’ve had an issue (which hasn’t been often considering it's almost been a decade). The maintenance team is also really friendly, and they know my dog so well that I don’t even have to put him away when they stop by. An added bonus is how friendly and supportive the neighbors are—everyone really looks out for each other in the community.

I’ve had a great experience living at Kent Road Village! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well kept. The apartments are well-maintained, clean, and have plenty of natural light. Maintenance has always been prompt and professional—any issues were resolved quickly. The location is also a big plus—close to shopping and restaurants in Carytown and easy access to major roads, but still feels tucked away and peaceful. The leasing office staff are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. I have loved living here.

I loved living at Kent Road Apartments! I lived there for three years - with not a single complaint! Kristi and Madalynn were always super helpful and kind with any question I had and maintenance was always quick to respond! Definitely a great place to live!!

Kent Road is a fantastic community in the perfect location. The office team, Kristi and Madalynn, are amazing! They are always ready to answer any questions or help fix any problems. Kent Road is a hidden gem!
