Kensington Vanguard National Land Services

Vellum Mortgage decided to use Kensington for our settlement. Everything was going fine until it came time to fund our settlement. A Wire payment only take 1 to 2 hours to process from one back to another bank. Kensington keeps saying the wire has been processed and funds removed from their account. 24 hours later and I still have not received my funds! They said I have to contact my bank and give them an IMAD number. My bank stated that only the sending bank can use this number for tracking. Let me off this dang merry-go-round!! I'll never use this settlement company again nor will I ever recommend them!!

I did not have a good experience with Kensington Vanguard. The processor, a self-professed 'genius' (declared in an email to me), continually put a positive spin on things, but failed to meet date commitments. The closing $ amount was promised on a certain date. When the date/time were missed, a new promise was made -- and not met. Ultimately, the day before the closing and with my prodding, the processor suggested I just wire a rounded-up $ amount, with the promise that the difference would be refunded. (If I had known that was possible, i would have just done that in the beginning, which would have spared my financial people a lot of scurrying at the last minute.) Kensington Vanguard is a cut above the rest - always a thorough and timely closing process. I've closed with them many times and have always been pleased with professionalism and communication - a pleasure to work with!

This particular office of Kensington Vanguard is particularly amazing! I've seen them absolutely rock a ridiculous amount of work crazy faster than I thought possible. They are professional, eminently competent, and some of the absolute best in this business!
