They offer units that are $500 below market value for rent, however, both the violent crime rate and the crime to property rate is high. Although the violent crime rate is more rare than crimes to property, the violent crime rate involves assault of mother and small child. I’m sure there’s other subsidized housing units that have better demographics. Lived here 4 years, had two assaults that went to the District Court and vehicle property damage to include a tampered vehicle resulting in a flat tire.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kensington Palace Apartments, and everything about my experience was superb. The staff was incredibly cooperative and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make the stay as comfortable as possible. A special shoutout to Miss Maria, who truly stands out as a gem. She is so kind, helpful, and always ready to assist in every aspect. Her warmth and professionalism made my visit even more memorable. If you're planning to stay here, make sure to meet her—she's a wonderful person who goes above and beyond for guests. Best wishes to the apartment management and their excellent team. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS! Yes it “looks good” and it is a good place to live for sure, the maintenance team is the best thing about this place. They respond asap and make sure to fix whatever it is! Just understand this, you’re going to pay a $1000+ deposit. With that being said, when you move out, don’t hire a professional cleaning service or anything ( I did) because you won’t be receiving it back. No holes or anything, but for some reason i have a $600 deduction, and nobody has or can explain to me what it’s for. This is place is a joke when it comes to management! Not worth $1800+ a month if you ask me. God bless!
