They continue to raise rent every year, despite the fact that these apartments clearly haven’t be updated with furnishing since it was built in the 90’s and is covered in the “land lord special” of painting over things. I still have the lock box on my apartment door because they don’t have anything to remove it. We had roaches when I first moved in 3 years ago and had to pay a pretty penny to get rid of them. Our bathroom walls still will drip smoke residue from previous tenants that the landlord painted over instead of cleaning, and no amount of scrubbing the walls helps. The dumpsters are constantly not picked up. It takes days to salt and plow snow. It floods every time it rains due to the retention pond next to the property. Management constantly changes. Amy the property manager was an amazing help when we had to move from Oklahoma to ohio in less then a week. We also had a problem with a roller our first day we moved in and was fixed same day.

Moved in month to month. Amy is fabulous to work with. Bryon is great with maintenance. Very happy here.
