Kensington Gate Apartments

Toured today with Ana and walked out the office feeling confident that we knew everything we needed to about the grounds/unit. It’s a small gated community which is a huge plus for me. The grounds are well kept and the unit itself was nice. We toured a ground level unit which was amazing. When we went over the info, Ana didn’t sugar coat anything. She was very thorough and wasn’t trying to “sell” the apartment to us. Just told us what’s needed and how to get there. Overall a great experience. Thank you Ana!

They are very attentive until you sign a lease. I was told I would hear back from them by end of day - it's been 4 weeks. I've been in contact with them for ~10 months regarding the same issue. No solution yet, but they did send a new lease contract 4.5 months before the current one expired. There are more general apartment issues as well, but this should speak volumes.

I’ve had a great experience at Kensington gate. I’ve been a resident for almost 3 years. All of my maintenance requests are handled quickly, efficiently and problems don’t tend to reoccur. My experience with management has been positive, communication is excellent and timely. The grounds are well kept, flowers are planted often and well kept. As for the recent review complaining about smoke- these complaints are at best ridiculous. There is NO smoking on the property and several tenants walk out to the busy street to smoke on the sidewalk which is about two car lanes distance from the apartment buildings. Sidewalks are city/county controlled and the apartment complex cannot enforce any rules on that property. Living in apartments comes with some adjustments- however the apartment complex
