Brigette, one of the great leasing agents at Kennsington Sr apts is so nice. She asked me many questions to try to facilitate getting me an adaptive apartment d/t my paraplegia. She was thorough, professional, and just like Alex, went overboard to to help me. I have found the Rent Cafe application process very difficult to maneuver in trying to add these issues. Even after emailing and talking to Rent Cafe on the phone, it has been impossible to complete. Brigette and Alex both spent a long time working together to try and get me an ADA / reasonable accommodation apartment, which is extremely difficult to do! Thank you so much Brigette and Alex (and Liana) for ALL you have done for me. Now I just pray, with all this extra effort, that I can move into my new apartment in September. Thank yo
