Kensington at North Pointe Apartments

Very convenient location and plenty of places to eat at and shop at within walking distance. We have a beautiful view of the foot hills from our apartment. Best staff member to work with is Bri. She’s been so helpful and kind whenever I’ve had an issue. Nothing but good things to say about her :) Gavin was also very kind and helpful when he was around. Maintenance is pretty quick. Towing services were very helpful as well glad to have that option we’ve experienced so many non residents in our marked spot and they’re decently quick. Only complaint is not being able to opt out of amenities that we don’t use but other than that it’s still one of the best apartment complexes in Garden City.

I recently visited The Kensington Apartments, and I was honestly really impressed! The property looked clean, inviting, and well taken care of. You can tell the team takes pride in the community. The office staff was a huge highlight as everyone I talked to was super friendly and genuinely helpful. They answered all my questions, walked me through everything, and were just really great to chat with. I also noticed how often the maintenance team was around the community. They were out and about, taking care of things and keeping the place looking nice. It definitely gave the impression that they stay on top of issues and take good care of the residents. Overall, Kensington left me with a really positive impression.

I’m giving this property a 3‑star rating. There are definitely some positives, but also several issues that affected my overall experience. The maintenance team is excellent. They respond quickly, and the onsite crew does a great job once a request is submitted. That part of the community is run very well. However, for the price point and the market‑rate rent being charged, the overall resident experience doesn’t always match the cost. Some residents do not pick up after their dogs, and the trash area often becomes overloaded, with people disposing of items that shouldn’t be placed there. There are also vehicles that appear to be parked long‑term and look neglected, along with a few units whose exterior areas are not well maintained. Thank you for your quick attention to this matter, it does smell a little better but still smells when I enter apartment Is there any chance of getting the ducts cleaned out? if that had never been done, its a thought to maybe get rid of the last rotten fishy odor. I’ve been a renter for about 20 years, and most of my previous landlords and property managers have been mediocre at best. However, Jaisha is absolutely phenomenal! Every interaction with her has been pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring. She truly looks out for the best interests of both her tenants and her staff. She responds promptly, follows through, and gets things done. She works hard and keeps the property well-maintained. She is the epitome of a model property manager, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her.
