Kensard Manor

This apartment complex is horrible!!!! DO NOT move here. For the last 2 winters we have experienced mice. They dont care about the apartment units they just want the money. They don't have office hours. The electrical wiring is rigged. There are small holes everywhere! They do the bare minimum! If I could, I'd give this place a negative star.

So my story at Kensard Manor Apts I had to move in the area for work and time was an issue. so i picked kensard manor because of a sixth month lease option. I choose the two bedroom and rent was 525 plus 25(6 mo lease fee) so 550 ok not the worst ive seen, then 250 deposit when i moved in everything seemed ok, but after a day my carpet began to look trashed. horrible. that is because when i walked on it, it pushed the stains back up. i cleaned the carpets a few times tho with my kirby. I made sure that the apt was well maintained all the time a week after i moved in i had recieved two or three noise complaints about my tv. a 24 inch lcd with hardly any sound whatsoever. ok then i push it out and its time to move out of the apt i give my 60 day notice. they WANT 60 Days NO

We have had many leaks and other maintenance issues, none of which were ever fixed. People would be sent to look at it and they basically told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong and they just left it. Do not recommend.

When you move out they will make up charges you need to pay them back for. They also have problems with BLACK mold. DONT RECOMMEND.

They do not take care of the apartments have had a leaky roof for over 4 years and they Jack the rent up every year.
