I had an outstanding experience working with Stefanie Cottman, our property manager. She is professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making the community a great place to live. Any questions or concerns were handled quickly and with care, and her communication was always clear and respectful. This place is amazing. The gym is always clean, the ladies in the office are very kind, and the apartments are beautiful. Stefanie is a very good manager, and the other girl is very nice. Overall great place to live. Lot's of stuff to do in walking distance too.

We had a great experience touring with Stefanie. She showed us so many layouts to give us options in deciding. Customer service was great and the property is beautiful! Only thing I wish they had was a pool. We can't wait to move in!

Four years ago I moved to a beautiful, new community in Kennett Square where I met many great neighbors and new friends.  Over time, my place became a bit much to maintain as I recently opted to downsize.  In doing so, I scheduled a tour of KSQ Apartments as a potential option and candidly, I was blown away.  From the layout of the complex, its clean common areas, to the décor and attention to detail, and the many amenities available to the residents. For my tour, I was fortunate to be assigned a realtor named DeGuene.  DeGuene is beyond awesome!
