Kennedy Real Property Appraisers

We lost our parents last year and needed an appraisal for the probate judge who was handling our case. We called Kennedy Real Property Appraisers to get this service done. He was polite on our phone call to schedule an inspection. He gave us a 2 hour window on when he could come which was only a couple of days later. And he gave us an appraisal report of our property in about a week's time. I would recommend his service to anyone.

My previous rating was not fair, as I was under a lot of time pressure. I have since then, had another appraisal done and he did a superb job. He is a professional , courteous an knowledgeable individual.
