Kendall Homes At Encino Estates

Termites/Build Quality Stay away from this builder! They’re dishonest and their quality control/ builder for Encino Estates and River Ranch area Russ Andress is not to be trusted. I bought a new home last month from Kendall Homes. Before moving in I had pest control go spray for spiders and bugs. That’s when they found that the house had previous termites and someone tried to hide it by knocking off the termite tubes. I notified the builder of the finding since I haven’t moved in yet. They hired another company to do the inspection and that company had the same results. Previous termites and recommended the same treatment, which is putting down a chemical that keeps them from coming back for 10years like they’re known to do. My family and I were the 1st homeowners in this subdivision. We lived here approx. 5 months alone b4 we even got one neighbor. It is amazing to see how fast the neighborhood has grown since 2018. I love the large backyard & spacious front yards. Homes are spaced out . No neighbor right on top of you! Plenty of driveway space. Since 2018 we have more diversity; yet with such a growing community you are subject to all types of people. Yes! Nasty people ! We have a few here. But the good apples outweigh the bad apples 🙌🏾. Rural area with much "country" living. Yet; still close enough to the city to embrace city vibes. Dayton Texas is growing! ENCINO ESTATES is populating fast! A nice place to call home 🥰
