The units have been renovated with modern touches and there are pet-friendly options. Utilities like gas and water are included, which simplifies budgeting. On-site laundry is available. The neighborhood feels established and comfortable. It’s walkable to essentials and has a family-friendly vibe around it. Security cameras are installed throughout the property, which gave a greater sense of safety.

Great experience overall. I’ve lived in a few buildings before and this one feels different — communication is smoother, the place is well kept, and the team actually remembers who you are. There were a few hiccups when I first moved in, but they handled it quickly and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Maintenance is sketchy because they often do not pay their maintenance people so they lose them. In the past year Ive seen four or five turnovers since stork took over the apartment complex. They are upgrading each unit individually, but it’s a really cheap upgrade. They are only repainting the tubs and putting up cheap new tile. Cheap flooring that won’t last a year and new paint over 50 layers of old paint with no sanding and no fixing of holes. They replaced the old windows with new windows, but the new windows are still cheap and don’t work well. No central air and they control the heat. The buildings are overrun with mice so you must have a cat. The grounds are overrun with rats who have been known to get into cars and chew the wires. One tenant paying over $1000 for repairs. I w

Great location, convenient for UMBC students, and a wonderful and safe community! Easily one of the best places I’ve ever lived!

Very unprofessional management. I got a “renovated” apartment which is worse than the old ones. Believe the ratings.
