I worked with Ken when selling my house on Shadow Lake. He was great to work with. He coordinated a sale that was a cash offer. The buyer wanted to move the closing date up 10 days, and since it was a cash offer, I didn't want to disrupt any of the process. However, I had not started packing. I had a house, pole barn, several out buildings full of stuff. My wife had already moved to our new location in California, so I was left to pack up. I called Ken with my dilemma.
