Kelsey Hill Apartments

Urban Phoenix is the most unprofessional leasing company I’ve ever worked with. More specifically, Keny Hooper. I toured a unit with her November 14th and when I tried to follow up she continuously dodged me. I reached out both personally and to the listing itself, Keny did not respond but she did take down the listing AFTER I messaged her. Additionally, She showed us a dirty unit that was not yet ready and had stuff everywhere. I understand unit availability changing but Keny out right ignored me for two weeks before accidentally messaging me, and not replying to my previous message at all. I toured both Kelsey Hill and The Tiffany with Keny. If you are looking for apartments in Denver that affordable with good service I would suggest Cornerstone, they have been great to work with. I recently just started looking for a place to stay when I ran across Kelsey Hill Apartments, and I must say the experience has been one of the most hospitable experiences since moving to the Denver area. Keny is kindest and most helpful property managers I have ever worked with. She was knowledgeable about the area, punctual, and very professional during my tour. She really made me feel like Kelsey Hill was already home. I have looked a few apartments and I must say that Kelsey Hill will be home for me! Thank you Keny for your kindness, professionalism, and being an amazing property manager.

Wow, reading some of these reviews honestly makes me sad, because my experience has been completely different. With how busy Keny is assisting multiple properties, it really sounds like some of the recent situations may have been misunderstandings rather than intentional issues. I just moved into Kelsey Hill after struggling for a while to find a place, and I happened to come across the listing on Zillow. I reached out to Keny, and I have to say she is absolutely amazing. She’s kind, fun, and incredibly professional. She helped me during a stressful time and truly made the process easy. I came in here a few weeks back and toured a unit with Keny. Her energy was fantastic, which I feel like is rare with apartment home staff. She took her time showing me the unit and answered any questions I had. Although I didn’t end up with a unit, I’ve recommended this place to a few friends just because of the service alone.

After moving to Colorado 6 months ago, I have had a really hard time finding a place that actually were helpful and replied in a timely manner. Keny my leasing manager has been an absolute blessing since I moved in. I have literally bugged her so much and she has answered and been so gracious to give me her time! I have only been in the apartment for a couple of weeks and it's been the best sleep I have had since moving to this beautiful state. The neighbors I have encounter so far have been so pleasant and helpful. The area itself is so quiet and nice! I really am so excited for the rest of my time there!
