I'm with Shannon..not literally, but in the fact that I don't remember ever visiting Kelly Apartments.. Ever. And now is in my crosshairs as I'm in the Hunt for the Hacker ('s) invading my phone currently. And Will Remain so until further inspection of ALL possible culprits.. have, in fact, been proven innocent. TY! God 🙏 Bless. mdc

Past rental, Love Tulsa. Part of historical apartment available to live in within local Tulsa, Ok. Friendly neighborhood. Local church people are sweet! Good community! Local shops! Everything is convenient, considering that being said by me, "high traffic for automobile accidents, and busy community." Never dull moment, if city life isn't your cup of tea. Maybe want go more into the neighborhood for housing market leasing, other than apartments of this type in the & dig into the suburban life vs Rural! While I was sharing attendance at this apartments as well, I can tell you the turn over for property owners seem high. Two before our leasing was up, & according to others I have recommended to move their one more owner/family had take over. * Regardless, the up keep had never fail the city

Nice appts. But a bit ran down. Have good maintenance guys though. Especially the roof repair man, Kenny.

Quiet , respectful neighbors, animal friendly, nice, location for shopping and bus stop , choice of churches

Cool little complex. Brownstone under renovation. Love it.
