Kellner Rental Properties Apartment

I lived at 4 Hartwell Ct. for 1 year during my clinical year and had a great experience. The apartments are very spacious and I never had any issues with the place. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the sunset from the golf course is beautiful. Mr. Kellner is quick to respond if you ever need anything and all the neighbors are courteous and friendly. Moving here was a breath of fresh air after having a negative experience with my past apartment management.

I lived at 4 Hartwell Court for over 6 years and absolutely loved my time at this property. The apartment is extremely generous in size and the open floor plan in the living, dining, bonus room, and kitchen is wonderful. In addition, there are two master suites with attached bathrooms which I think is a rare find. I always enjoyed the property's amazing view of the University of Illinois Golf Course, and appreciated that both the building and neighborhood are quiet. The property is in a great location with convenient shopping just a few minutes drive away, and it is also an easy commute to campus. We moved to Kellner Apartment last month and we absolutely love it. The building is clean and well maintained. The unit has more storage units than you have items for. Kellner Apartment is pet friendly, not easy to find these days. I was more impressed with its management team. Mike helped us from the day I contacted them and he made sure all the questions we had were answered. I called Mike many times and he was always nice and courteous. Highly recommended if you want a quiet, clean, well-maintained apartment with many storage units within unit, pet-friendly, and most importantly, courteous and professional management team.

Had a great experience at 4 Hartwell Court, overlooking the golf course. If there was any problem, Mike was quick to respond and resolve it. The two bedroom/two bathroom apartment provided plenty of room for me and my two cats.
