Dishonest Practice - went under contract and listing agent is friends with sellers. Agent/Sellers/Broker had 3-5 reason why sellers couldn't sell property. Contract did not specify reason why sellers couldn't close. This team is as dishonest as they come. Better hope I don't put a lien on this property and sue for BREACH OF CONTRACT. Note - I reached out to another Keller William broker who stated this office cannot terminate my contract.
