I recently worked with a Keller Williams realtor, Melanie Churilla, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Throughout my interactions with her, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and treated as though my concerns were not worth her time or attention. There were several moments where her comments and tone made me feel unwelcome, and I left many conversations with the impression that she judged who deserved her respect and who did not. Regardless of intent, her behavior created an environment that felt exclusionary and uncomfortable. Her conduct did not reflect the professionalism, integrity, or basic courtesy I expect from someone representing a large real estate brand. I hope Keller Williams takes feedback like this seriously, as no client should leave an interaction feeling marginalized

Went to see an open house at 4pm. The realtor was not there and there were multiple people waiting as well. We had all started calling from 4:30 pm to 4:50 and I called the number on the listing and finally reached someone. She said she would make some calls and get back to me. She called back 10 minutes later and said the agent would be over in 10-15 minutes this was at 5:06. Everyone started bailing out of frustration. Me and my partner stayed because we were really interested in the house. By 5:38 the realtor still had not showed and we were still waiting. By 5:45 the tenants returned to the house, so we had to leave, the realtor not showing up at all. Really annoying we got flaked on by a real estate agency that is seemingly so professional.

Charlie Kimberley has been a true professional in all of our interactions. His deep knowledge of the Portland market really stands out, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking real estate services. You will not be disappointed with this company! They work with you on everything that you need and want, very good at communicating and making things easy. I saw there were some reviews of marketing emails. I personally have not received any emails that were marketing.
